on our products and services as clearly and thoroughly as possible. If
you feel that your question has not been answered adequately on this page, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Billing Questions
- How does billing work?
We charge monthly fees in advance. For example, you will pay for your monthly fees for Feburary on the invoice that is due on the first of Feburary. Other charges (such as overage charges) will appear on the next invoice. Using our previous example, traffic overage charges in Feburary appears on your March invoice. - What if I use Visa or MasterCard?
If you give us your details directly, we will process your payments automatically each month through our own payment gateway. Your card will be charged at the end each month for the amount on your next month's invoice. Otherwise, you can also pay manually via PayPal.
- What if I use PayPal?
When you receive your monthly invoice, there will be a link on it that takes you to a PayPal payment page. You can then use your PayPal account to send us the amount on the invoice manually. If you do not already have an account, it also displays the form for you to signup.
- When do I receive my invoice? When is the payment due?
We have standardized our billing system to send out invoices for our customers 10 days before the first of each calendar month which is when payment is due. - When is my card charged if I selected Diginode's Visa or MasterCard payments?
You card is charged on the at the end of each month. You will be charged for the amount of your next invoice. If the payment goes through successfully, you should receive a new invoice with no balance due. - What if I pay after the due date?
We charge a late payment fee of USD $10 for late payments. If there is reason that prevents you from making the payment on time, please contact us through email. We are flexible on this policy if you contact us in advance.
