Support and Management Options
Support options available to our customers are listed below. If you have a problem that is unsolved after seraching through these sections, start a new topic in the support forums. If the matter is urgent, send us an email. Most issues are resolved on the same business day.
In order to post messages in the forums or to add pages to the zWiki Knowledge base, you will need to become a member of the website by creating an account and then logging in. You do not need to signup for our service. In fact, our client and subscriber (digsBMS) log in system is completely separate from the website.
- Real-Time Billing and Server Management
This sytem provides several management features as well as the viewing of real-time billing information. If you need to install or reinstall your OS, change your reverse IP entries, restart your server or view your bandwidth/traffic usage, then login here with the digisbms clientid and password we sent to you. - Remote Console
This allows you to connect to your server through a out-of-band serial console. You will be able to apply changes to your network settings and is a backup method into your server if it can not be reached via the network.
- Knowledge Base Wiki + Documentation and Release Notes
The zWiki-based Knowledge Base is our documentation, information and solutions repository. Technical FAQs as well as Release Notes and Errata for Diginode OS images are also found here. If you have a question or problem, consult this section first. - Community Forums
If you have any problems with the operating system or any applications, check with the support forums as your problem may have already been solved. Otherwise, start a new topic on the problem as our staff and diginode.net members browse the forums regularly and can most likely provide you with an effective solution in a timely manner.
- Email Support
Email us in case of any urgent support matters at support@diginode.net. Use this support option if you cannot access your server through any other means or if there is a hardware/kernel related problem on your system.
- Live Support
Available when there is staff standing by. Talk to us by clicking on the live support logo in the "live chat" box on the middle left hand side of the screen.
- Phone Support
Available when there is staff standing by and when there is an urgent need to contact us. If your problem is not urgent, please try the other support avenues first.
