I've a question about your "Cellz VM"

1. What's the technology you are using to provide VM? VMWare, UML, Virtuozzo?

2. How long it gonna take to setup an account for us?

3. I'm plan to run 2-3 e-commerce site via https which's need more than 1+1 IP you provide? Can I ask for more?

4. What's your SLA: Service Level Agreement?

5. What's your support policy? Is there any 1-800 phone support?

Hi Joe,

1. VMWare Workstation
2. 15 minutes after confirming payment.
3. Yes. Extra IPs can be justified if you are running multiple SSL sites.
4. We provide a SLA for the network, but not system outages as there are factors beyond our control.
5. We do not have 1-800 phone support at the moment.
