I just have a few questions. I have been looking at Diginode for a few months but have a few concerns.

Is this a US company? Your address is in Richmond, BC but the number appears to be a US based NY number.

There was a post from someone else asking about support hours but it was never answered, an answer would be good.

Every few weeks it seems your own site goes down or at least diginode.com cannot be resolved through several networks I have tested with and yesterday that was the case for both domains. Sorry to ask so many questions but why does your site keep going down and your domains become unresolvable (we have noticed this several times in the last few months).

Your service looks quite good but these questions are enough to at least make me try to get some answers.

p.s. why are you banned on WebHostingTalk? I have done searches for your company but have found little review or information (I am aware WebHostingTalk is biased and unfair however especially if you competition for the admin's who also own businesses).
