I am stuck with a problem on the DigiBMS.

I am trying to change the operating System, but it doesn't let me.
Ever since last 15 days it responds with, the following message for whatever I try to do:
" A command is already in progress, try again later. "

Even attempting to connect via qcon doesn't work, this is what I get:
