• How does it work? Why does no-one else offer a similar product?
  We had to develop a new server management system in order to enable features such as instant OS reinstall and reboot. This technology is layered on top of a lower level commercial off-the-shelf virtualization software that is the same as the software use for Cellz VM servers, only in this case we dedicate a single physical host system to a client. You get all the advantages and features of our Cellz Servers, with the power of a dedicated server for heavy workloads.
• What about upgrades?
  Due to the fact that you are running a dedicated server, extra HD and Memory cannot be upgraded in the same manner as a Cellz server. However, you may move another d² or Cellz plan and we will take care of the server move for you. Your server will be down for only a few minutes once we have the necessary software setup.
• Why is the server is missing some memeory and disk space?
  Our management layer on the machine uses ~5GB. This space is usually reserved for caching the OS image and for other uses. It also using ~32MB of memory while running.
